JOIN US in the Global Give Water 5KBagChallenge for Orphans across the World

Friends, Supporters, Volunteers and Donors — we invite YOU to join.

The #5kbagchallenge is here.

Across countries we serve, our City Directors are stepping out October 25th - 31st to drop 15 bags of water at orphanages. Just 15 bags. Just N5,000. Enough to make orphans smile for 4 days.

And we want you to join them.

Someone somewhere needs this water. A child is waiting.

Will you be part of it?

- Drop 15 bags at an orphanage near you
- Or sponsor N5,000 for a Director to deliver in your name
- Snap it, share it, tag #5kbagchallenge

This is beside our regular state and scheduled outreaches. This is our special sign-off for October Health Month Awareness — and every bag will be tracked as IMPACT.

You can do it.
Si Se Puede — Yes, we can.
Together we can do MORE.

Add your city, your state, your country to the Map of IMPACT.

MENTAL HEALTH & HOPE: Breaking Stigma, Finding Peace and Support.

Have you ever opened up about how you feel, only to hear, “You’re overthinking” or “Just be strong”? Someone can smile, show up for work, laugh with friends, and still be fighting battles no one knows about. Struggling with your mental health does not make you weak. It does not make you less worthy, less capable, or less deserving of love and support. Let’s learn to listen without judging, offer kindness instead of criticism, and check on the people around us. And if you’re struggling, please remember that asking for help is not a sign of weakness. You do not have to carry everything alone.  As we observe our Health and Well-being Month this October, the Linda Dominguez Foundation reminds us that mental health is health, compassion is powerful, and hope is always worth holding on to. Let’s break the stigma. Let’s create safe spaces for ho...

What if something heavy is hurting your child inside, and they d o not have the words to tell you? In too many of our homes across Africa, we grow up believing that children only care about playing and eating, and that emotional pain or depression is strictly an adult problem. We brush off a child's sadness as stubbornness. We ignore their quiet withdrawals, dismissing stress as me...
